| If you exercise your right to cancel the policy, you have 14 days after the issue of the policy, 21 days after your application date, or 5 days from the date of delivery of the policy/a Notice informing you or your representative about the availability of the policy and the expiry date of the Cooling-off period, whichever is later. If there has been a fall in the value of your investment, between the time you invested and when we receive your request to cancel, we will deduct this amount from any refund. No refund can be made if a claim payment has been made.
