If you exercise your right to cancel the policy, you have 14 days after the issue of the policy, 21 days after your application date, or 5 days from the date of delivery of the policy/a Notice informing you or your representative about the availability of the policy and the expiry date of the Cooling-off period, whichever is later. If there has been a fall in the value of your investment, between the time you invested and when we receive your request to cancel, we will deduct this amount from any refund.
